[About Classes]
AClasses are open from Monday to Saturday We have several classes to matches your level and needs. Please ask our office and make sure which class is suitable for you.

[Membership Fees]
1. Enrolment fee: 10,000 yen
2. Annual registration fee: 5,000 yen
3. Sports Insurance fee: 1,600 yen per year
4. Passport fee; 1,000 yen
5. Monthly membership fee:
- 10,000 yen for all adults
– 8,000 yen for university students or under
- 13,000 yen for above Black Belt or those who attend Black Belt Class (3 classes per week)

[Discount]
Family discount: The membership fee is 1,500 yen discounted per person.- Group discount:
For a group of 7 people and more in the same organization,
the membership fee is 2,000 yen discounted per person.

[How to Apply]
1. Contact by e-mail “mail@kwf.jp” or call us at 03-5465-2515.
2. Filling Entry form and show your identification at Honbu Dojo (Passport and “Gaikokujin Toroku”
Alien Registration card). Also provide your bank account and Inkan (seal) if you have one.
Note: No refund once you made payment for entry.

[How to Pay the Monthly Fees]
1. Please fill in the bank payment form when you apply. The fee payment will be dome automatically each month after activation. The first two months have to be paid in advance.
2. Please note that if we can’t confirm your payment for a particular month, we will inform you. 　However if we can’t confirm your payment after giving notice, we might ask you to stop taking classes until we can confirm payment.

[Long-term Absence]
·For a student who is planning to take absence from class for more than one month, please submit the temporary leave form. During your period of absence, you will be charged 2,000 Yen per month as a maintenance fee.
·1. Please kindly let instructor know about your absence in advance if possible.

[KWF members]
Please purchase the ticket and hand in to the instructor/ admin staff when you participate in the class. (Tickets are valid for up to 6months)
1. KWF members must show a valid KWF passport to apply
2. Please apply and reserve in advance by e-mail or telephone/fax.
3. Please pay the ticket per class.
– 1 time ticket: Adult 2,500 Yen / Student and below 1,500 Yen
– 6 time ticket: Adult 13,000 Yen / Student and below 7,800 Yen
– 12 time ticket: Adult 23,000 Yen / Student and below 13,700 Yen
– To watch a class: Adult 1,000 Yen / Students and below 500 Yen


[Non-KWF members]
Please purchase the ticket and hand in to the instructor/ admin staff when you participate in the class. (Tickets are valid for up to 6months)
1. Please contact the Admin office in advance to ascertain permission from the Chief Instructor whether you can attend or not by e-mail.
2. Please pay the ticket per class.
– 1 time ticket: Adult 3,500 Yen / Student and below 2,100 Yen
– 6 time ticket: Adult 20,000 Yen / Student and below 11,500 Yen
– 12 time ticket: Adult 37,000 Yen / Student and below 22,000 Yen
– To watch a class: 1,500 Yen / Student and below 1,000 Yen
